For late appointments, if 15 minutes late, a fee of $20 will be added to the total service price. After 15 minutes, you will be required to re-book another appointment. For early appts before 7am, a $20 fee will be added to the total service price.
Travel appointments are available Monday- Thursday. For weekend travel request, travel appointments are ONLY available for groups of 2 or more and bridal parties. For additional travel questions, please visit the contact tab above.
SUNDAY GLAM APPOINTMENTS
Business Hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am-6:00pm and Saturday 8:00am-6:00pm. For Sunday appointments, a $20 service fee will be added to your appointment.
Holiday weeks/weekends incur an additional $100 service fee.
Half deposit is required prior to secure booking. No exceptions. All deposits may be accepted via Square, Pay Pal, Visa, Mastercard, Cash, or CashApp. An invoice will be emailed to secure the booking. 24 hours will be given to respond to avoid cancellation. The remaining balance will be due on the day of appointment.
A travel fee of $25 and up for on-location services within TX , to and from zip code 75240 will be applied to service. Out of state destinations may incur an additional long distance travel fee.
Rates remain the same as listed for bridal services, with the exception of all travel, lodging, and food expenses. These expenses are required to be covered by the client, along with a $200 per day on-location fee.
Applicable parking fees will be added to the total service fee.
Appointment Cancellation Policy- All cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance via email, text, or phone call. If cancellation is made in 48 hours, half of the total payment paid will be refunded. Half deposit is non-refundable or non-transferable. A new appointment will need to be scheduled. To reschedule an appointment, please contact us for the next available booking.
No Show Policy- Any client that does not show for their scheduled appointment will forfeit their deposit and will be required to pay for any future appointments in full.
Bridal Cancellation Policy- Bridal Cancellations must be made 14 days prior to your reserved date or you will be responsible for the full amount of services agreed upon in the given contract. Bridal deposits are non-refundable or non-transferable.
When booking for a bridal package, a contract is required to be signed. A half deposit is required to secure your desired date. The remaining balance is expected one month before your booking date. NO EXCEPTIONS.
